Here is all the legal stuff and information you should know before you purchase.

We trade under all relevant laws of the United Kingdom.

Goods remain the property of the Vivian Gallery until paid for and funds cleared through our bank or Paypal as relevant.

VAT at 17.5% is included in all prices shown.
 

Privacy Policy
We do not pass on your personal information to anyone with out your permission.

 We will only send you our newsletters and advertising if you subscribe to our mailing list.

 We will remove you from our mailing list at any time you request it.  Go to the Email Us page at http://www.viviangallery.co.uk/ type your your name and email address in the appropriate boxes and UNSUBSCRIBE in the message box and send.

 

Post and Packing
We use Royal Mail’s 1st Class service unless you you require a more secure, trackable, signed for service then you can upgrade to Special Delivery. However only one special delivery charge is required for multiple purchases.

We will attempt to post goods the same day for orders received before midday by Royal Mail's First Class Service or Special Delivery if it is ordered at the time of sale, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Returns and Refunds
In the event of goods arriving damaged in transit, you the customer must contact us the Vivian Gallery as soon as is practical so that we can take appropriate action.. NB Goods sold by us are often unique and replacements may take some time to manufacture. Phone 01626 867254 or Email Us here

  

You (the purchaser of the goods) can return any item (except earrings) purchased from us within 30 days from date of purchase for any reason and we will refund you the full purchase price paid, not including the cost of postage and packing, both sending the goods to you and returning them to us.

 The item must be returned to us undamged and in good condition before we refund you.
This does not affect your statutary rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
